1. Cancellation Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately at contact@dogy.us. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders
